    Q: Where do I start?

    A: IVI Credit has made credit card selection easy as 1, 2, 3.  Begin by narrowing in on the requirements for your credit card.  Examples would be......be low interest rates, cash-back on every purchase, airline miles, etc.  After you have made this decision about your credit card type, you can then visit the index page or you can click from the navigation bar on the left side of the screen. The next page will contain several credit card offers – simply compare the different features until you find the card that is suited for your needs. The last thing would be to click the Apply Now button, fill out the application, and you are on your way to getting a new credit card.

    Q: At what point will I find out if I am approved?

    A:  Approval rates vary.  There are some credit cards that offer instant approval (visit our instant approval credit cards page) while others may require a few weeks. You can speed up the application process by making sure all your information provided is up-to-date.

    Q: How important is my credit score?

    A: Credit scores are linked to how fast you get approved.  The higher your credit score, the sooner you will receive approval and your credit card.

    Q:  Where can I find my credit score?

    A:  Simply search online for credit scores and your will find various offers on getting your credit score. For a free copy of your credit report visit annualcreditreport.com

    Q: If I am not a U.S. citizen, can I still apply?

    A:  IVI Credit only offers U.S. citizens credit card offers, but if you are not a citizen of the U.S. then simply contact the issuing bank to find out more regarding this matter.

    Q: Can I apply for more than one card at a time?

    A: Yes.  Remember that the issuing banks do review your credit information each time you submit an application (this includes how many applications you’ve submitted in the past) and at some point they may decide that you have the maximum amount of credit extended to you relative to your income.

    Q: How safe is it to apply for a credit card online?

    A:  IVI Credit utilizes the latest 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the information sent from your computer.  Information is confidential!

    Q:  How can I report a lost or stolen credit card?

    A: First contact the bank that issued your credit card to report a lost or stolen credit card.  You can also visit the banks website online for a customer service number to assist you with this.
